1. A Project Manager will be assigned to your project and will analyze your current Chinese translation needs in terms of turn-around time, formatting and layout and budget and will also consider any future needs in the area of English to Chinese translation or Chinese to English translation for updating your Chinese translation work.

2. The Project Manager will assign the document to one or more highly qualified native translators with the right subject knowledge using the latest Chinese English translation management application. In the case of an interpreting assignment, the Project Manager will ensure that the Chinese interpreter with the right subject knowledge is thoroughly prepared for the job beforehand. 

3. A translator will edit Chinese translation work and another bilingual Chinese English translator will proofread the edited document. Depending on the nature of the translation work, be it translation from English to Chinese, or translation from Chinese to English,  there will be other steps at this stage. For example, for a software localization project translated into Chinese, the translated computer program will undergo a vigorous testing process by qualified native Chinese-speaking software testers using required software testing tools and methods 

4. The Project Manager makes a final check to ensure the linguistic accuracy, good idiomatic language use, completeness, linguistic subtleties and layout conform to the highest professional standard.
